Our Training Programs

Scandinavian Purchasing Groups can offer a wide range of training programs, well adapted to the client’s needs. All our training programs are fast-paced and highly cost efficient. Comprehensive documentation will be made available for the participants, to be used in daily work after the training sessions are completed. Examples of training programs that we supply:

All training programs are tailor-made and will normally include examples and cases from the client’s own organization. Training programs can be made in different ways:

  • Seminar: A brief introduction of the subject with the latest research.
  • Course: The subject will be trained during 2-4 days.
  • Program: We will build a tailor-made program for your staff depending of your problems.
  • Coaching: We will coach your staff with our specialists how to do the job “by the book”. We will meet your staff once a week or every second week.  
  • On the job training/trainee:  We will follow your staff during a whole project on a daily basis.
